At Pepphr, we are committed to ensuring a seamless and premium shopping experience. Every order is carefully packed, securely shipped, and delivered within the promised timelines so you can enjoy your purchase without delay.
SHIPPING METHODS & TIMELINES
Standard Delivery – Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
Express Delivery – Estimated delivery within 2-4 business days.
The exact expected delivery date for your order will be visible on the product page, at checkout, and in your order details.
Note: Delivery timelines may vary slightly during festive seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen courier disruptions.
Shipping charges are applicable on all orders unless waived off under promotions or on prepaid orders above ₹4,999. Exact charges are displayed at checkout before payment.
PREPAID & CASH ON DELIVERY ORDERS
Free Standard Delivery is available on prepaid orders above ₹4,999.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders attract an additional handling charge, visible at checkout. COD is not available for certain pin codes or high-value orders, as determined by our courier partners.
ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH
Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on working days are usually dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after this time, or on Sundays and public holidays, will be dispatched on the next working day.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email/SMS.
You can also track your order anytime via your Pepphr Account → Orders → Track Order. A standalone ‘Track Your Order’ page is also available on our website for convenience.
PACKAGING & ASSURANCE
All products are dispatched in secure, tamper-proof packaging to maintain product safety and authenticity.
If you notice your package is damaged, tampered, or opened, kindly refuse delivery and contact our support team immediately for resolution.
DELIVERY LIMITATIONS
Currently, shipping is available within India only. International delivery is not available.
We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), or restricted service locations.
DELAYS & RESPONSIBILITY
While we strive to deliver within the promised time, delays caused by natural calamities, strikes, lockdowns, or courier issues are beyond our control. In such cases, our team will keep you updated proactively.
FAILED DELIVERIES & REATTEMPTS
If the courier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts due to customer unavailability, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping can be arranged, and additional delivery charges may apply
