How Pepphr Wallet Works

  • Wallet balance can be used fully or partially during checkout

  • Wallet credits never expire unless stated otherwise

  • Wallet balance is visible in your account dashboard

Wallet Refunds

  • All Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds are processed to Pepphr Wallet

  • For prepaid orders, refunds can be issued to:

    • Original payment method or

    • Pepphr Wallet (customer choice during return request)

Refund timelines begin only after the returned item is received and successfully verified.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

For customers who prefer to pay after receiving their order:

  • Cash on Delivery is available on eligible pin codes

  • COD orders attract an additional handling charge

  • Availability depends on courier partner serviceability

  • Certain high-value orders or products may not be eligible for COD

All COD refunds are issued only to Pepphr Wallet.

Exact COD charges and eligibility are clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION & FAILURES

  • You will receive an order confirmation via email once payment is successful

  • In case of a payment failure, no amount is deducted or any deducted amount is automatically reversed as per bank timelines

  • If your payment was deducted but the order was not confirmed, please contact our support team for assistance
